WALT collects information necessary to provide our business management services, including: account information (name, email, phone number), customer and property data entered by users, quote and transaction records, and usage data related to the platform.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain our services, send transactional communications (such as quotes and service notifications) on behalf of our clients, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
WALT enables businesses to send transactional messages to their customers, including quote notifications via email and SMS. End customers receive these messages only in direct response to their service requests or quote inquiries. No promotional or marketing messages are sent through our platform. End customers can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use Supabase for database services with row-level security ensuring tenant data isolation. Each client's data is logically separated and inaccessible to other clients.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery) and as required by law. We do not share, sell, or rent personal information for marketing purposes.
