WALT is a business management platform for pool and spa service companies. The Service includes customer management, quoting, request tracking, inventory management, and related tools. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to pool and spa service operations. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited marketing messages, store illegal content, or attempt to access other users' data.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
By using WALT's messaging features, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers to send them transactional communications (email and SMS) related to quotes and services. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable messaging laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
